Our Story

My name is Eric C. Poyer, and as a certified IFCII and NAFLA flooring inspector, I will provide unbiased and comprehensive flooring inspections. I have over 35 years in the construction industry, with over 20 years in flooring alone.

Miscellaneous Fees

Overnight hotel stay is billed at $150 per night

Any product testing fees will be billed out according to cost + 25%.
